Celebration at the Station

Enjoy the largest FREE Memorial Day weekend festival in the Midwest! The evening begins with a moving Kansas City Symphony concert, followed by an incredible fireworks display to celebrate our military and veterans. Grounds open at 3pm with pre-concert music, food trucks, a fun family zone with instrument petting zoo, drum circle, face painting, Science City, and other kid-friendly activities, plus activities inside Union Station and the National World War I Museum and Memorial. Concert begins at dusk, bring your blankets and lawn chairs to spread out on the hill below Liberty Memorial. More information here
